On May 16, 2023, the proposal meeting for the project titled “Research on the Practice of Chinese Fine Traditional Culture Education in Kindergarten: Taking ‘Establishing Virtue and Nurturing Integrity’ as the Core Goal” was successfully held. This initiative is part of the “14th Five-Year Plan” and is organized by the China National Society of Early Childhood Education.

The meeting was presided over by Tian Ruiqing, Executive Director of the Research Center. Huang Shan, Principal of BNUK and Director of the project, delivered the opening report. Additionally, three experts from Beijing Normal University—Professor Huo Liyan from the Department of Education, Professor Li Xiaolong from the College of Letters and Sciences, and Associate Professor Yuan Li from the Department of Education were provided valuable on-site guidance.
